Refund & Return Policy
Our Commitment
At Fair.goodness, every product is carefully crafted, packed, and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the personal nature of skincare and haircare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions, our customer care team is always happy to assist.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective upon arrival
- Different from the item ordered
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@fairgoodness.com along with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)
After verification, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement product or store credit where applicable.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with broken seals
- Personal care and skincare items that have been opened after delivery
Products must be unused and in their original condition to be considered for any return review.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Replacement Policy
Eligible replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
Allergies & Individual Skin Reactions
Our products are made using carefully selected ingredients. However, individual skin types and sensitivities may vary.
Customers are encouraged to review ingredient information and perform a patch test before full use.
As personal skin responses differ from person to person, we are unable to offer replacements or compensation for individual allergic reactions or sensitivities.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
